"I am the manager at CML CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for STRABAG. STRABAG is a European Concern in the construction technology sector, and CML CONSTRUCTION SERVICES provides legal and contract management services to STRABAG.

CML is currently searching for a Contract Manager for its branch in Bulgaria.

I understand the position of Contract Manager not for managing people but managing formal issues of the construction process. Contract Managers are responsible for the management and administration of contracts relating to construction projects.

Contract Managers conduct and monitor the process of variations and claims in line with FIDIC conditions, from start to finish. I’m especially interested in cooperation with the person skilled in time impact analysis".

ИЗИСКВАНИЯ КЪМ КАНДИДАТИТЕ:

- Диплома за инженер.

- Минимум три години опит на подобна позиция.

- Опит по изпълнение на строителни договори.

- Опит по ФИДИК.

- Отлични аналитични и комуникативни умения.

- Отлично познаване на ЗОП.
